Dear Shivaprasad,
I have seen many PowerPoint presentations on time management, but the one you sent was refreshingly different and good. It takes into account the responsibility of a leader and tells what he can do to effectively manage time. Many thanks for this lovely, innovative posting on time management. Let more and more presentations of this type come from you. You have done a good service to the HR fraternity.

Mr. Shiva Prasad,
Very nice effort. A few points for improvement.
It looks from the presentation -- you wanted to touch upon (a) Personal Time Management, (b) Organizational Time Management. You have touched Stephen Covey's Time Management Grid very well, too soon you have digressed a bit to Organizational Time Management. Benchmarking is a performance improvement tool; it seems a misfit here. Delegation is an excellent tool for time as well as motivation - you can draw from Stephen Covey again - 'go-for-delegation; stewardship delegation'. The 80/20 rule can also be used in personal time management.
For organizational effectiveness, meeting effectiveness, reporting structure, communication platforms/methods, and above all CULTURE is very important.
Thanks & regards,
M. Rama Krishna
