Hello!

It is a good post overall. I would like to suggest that including quotes of the rules/sections from applicable laws, model standing order acts, or terms of employment can lend a sense of legality when addressing any misconduct or breaches of acts.

Nevertheless, this post is very informative, covering HR forms extensively for practical use.

Thanks,
Bharat

Dear Mr. SKumar,

Thank you for sending all the information on this site. I am in a job where only 7-8 people are working, and I am working as a sales coordinator. I have completed my MBA in International Business as my major and HR as my minor. Now, I want to change my job and work in the HR field. What should I do? Should I apply as a fresher or do something else? I am not in a position to decide what to do next as there is no further growth in my current company.

Thanks in advance.

Good posting gives a basic idea for day-to-day drafting in the HR Department. It must be customized by including the company policy, reference to clauses of the Standing Orders, terms of employment, and the legal interpretation of the apex court. Making a better effort will definitely help HR professionals.

Thanks,
Mohd. Arif Khan

Hello, could you please help me to research a topic in my MBA curriculum? I have to submit a synopsis and thesis immediately. I am too confused because I think human resource management is key to success for any organization. Human resource management is all about the development of human capital, and we can't ignore human emotions; it's a sap for growth. But how do I start writing and complete my synopsis as well as my thesis very soon? Please help me out.

Sir, I have joined a company called Bharath Group in Chennai. I had just 3 years of experience as an HR Executive before I joined this organization. Here, they were impressed with my 9 years of experience as an HR secretary, plus 3 years of HR Executive experience, and gave me a placement as AM - HR & Admin. I have set up the HR department with the help of management support and am doing very well. Your letter formats have been of great help to me. I thank you very much for the same.

Ours is a fully automated plastic industry. What productivity incentives can we consider for such a company? Kindly suggest, sir. Thank you once again.

To P. B. S. Kumar,

I have gone through the proforma of various letters for disciplinary actions. These are very good and useful to all HR fraternity. I feel that depending upon the facts of each company, necessary changes must be made in these letters by the concerned HR persons. In certain eventualities, even the wording of the format should be changed so that bias is not alleged.

Dear Mr. PBS Kumar,

Thank you very much for providing such valuable information for all HR professionals to follow. There is one thing I would like to inquire about regarding the "Employer-Employee" Agreement, specifically the Bond agreement for certain periods. I am interested to know if the bond is legally valid when executed on a non-judicial stamp paper or on an official letterhead. Additionally, I would like to understand the minimum and maximum duration for which a bond can be executed in favor of the employee, as well as the norms and conditions that the employee must adhere to in case of any violations of the contract or agreement.

If you have a sample format of the contract or agreement available, could you please email it to my personal email address provided below or send it through this platform? Thank you and best wishes to you.

Very good post, Mr. Kumar. However, 80 to 85% of the coverage is on disciplinary matters, and the remaining percentage is on personnel issues. There are also non-routine matters in HR, such as Training Needs Identification, Performance Analysis Reporting, and even FIRs in disciplinary cases. Providing some samples of these would be beneficial for junior HR executives.

I want suggestions from your side. I was working as an Officer in HR. Due to some personal reasons, I left this job. At present, I am not getting a job in the HR field. For the last five months, I have been searching. What should I do? I have four years of experience in HR (Generalist Profile).
