Selection process
Selection is based on preliminary screening against preset criteria of education, experience, aptitude tests and interviews. Post selection, the consultants undergo intensive class room training for 2 months for building technical & functional competency on the ERP product. After successful completion of the training, the consultants would be placed on suitable projects.
Selection Criteria
• MBA/PGDBA-HR in the respective streams
• Experience : 3 - 6 years in the respective domain
