Dear Mr. Bob Gately,
Thank you for educating us on the recruitment process.
Dear Mr. Naveen,
There is little or no more to add to the comprehensive replies that respected Mr. Bob Gately has put forward. Still, I would just like to add that I usually also probe into a candidate's future plans, like where he/she wants to see himself or herself in the next two years. I try to identify the kind of plans we have for that job role with his/her expectations. If it matches, then it definitely sends a positive message to me.
Thanks and Regards,

Hello Pradeep:
When we go to hire some of the best candidates for the organization, what should the term "best" actually encompass? Our clients hire job applicants who are competent or have the potential to become competent, and who also possess adequate or superior talent for the job. It is essential to recruit talent because talent cannot be acquired or imparted after the hiring process. Our clients do not hire the most competent individuals unless they also possess adequate or superior talent.
