Great info, dude. I have one doubt: do any companies follow the same practice? Many times, with the help of an external consultant, they pay less than minimum wages. Since it's a third party, there is no legal action taken against the company.

i think these rates are quite old. in M.P. it is 135 minimum for unskilled for cement business.
