Well, Rupa. I just completed my MBA. Please don't say that it's the same everywhere. I think, to a certain extent, this cannot be avoided, but I think we must work to change it. Remember, "we should be in the system to change the system."
All my seniors, please put in your valuable suggestions in this aspect.

Hi Kapil,
Welcome to the real world, buddy! I don't want to be negative in this aspect, but facts cannot be changed as they are facts. The motivating factor is definitely money when you are in the early stage of your career. It is not to earn and become millionaires overnight but to fulfill your own physical needs when you start earning first. However, the worst part is companies try to pay you as little as possible by pointing out your weak points. Don't get bored; I will explain to you how it happens.
Suppose you are in an HR Executive interview as a fresher. I bet that it would not be possible for anyone to know the practical work like the forms we fill for PF and stuff. We don't know the practical problems that come under "Grievance Handling." Most companies just stick to these things and will create a feeling that they are going to teach you, so get adjusted to whatever they pay. It happens. Yes, it is the problem.
You should rise to the situation, face, and fight with them.
Anyhow, you are going to be in this mixture of paradise and mud. I am sure you will learn more.
Good luck for your future, Gimme.
Regards,
Kiran.

Hahaha... not really, I did not want to scare him. If you know the facts and fight planning according to them, you will come out as a winner; otherwise, you would be a loser. Am I right?
Kapil, get ready for the battle!

Hi Kiran & Rupa,
I am not scared because I understand these things, and I am ready for them. As Kiran suggested, I am prepared for the battle. I know that it is going to be a tough one. Let me tell you one thing, "Even if my future gives me bullshit, I'll turn it into gobar gas and earn my living and respect." What do you say, guys?

Well! You are right, Kiran. He is all set for battle. Ahah! It seems you got challenged, Kapil. Decisions on career first require analysis and determination to go into that field. Then, it requires power, strength, and brains to meet all challenges ahead. How is it that you can give up saying that your career will be... You are here to make the best you can be. Monetary benefits and others will come to you naturally. What is your opinion, Kiran?

Hi,
I am agree with Rupa & kiran.
Kapil it happens…………………when we go to give our resignation they come up with very good feedback like ....u r the bone of our team, you r really doing a great job and we are planning to put u in a new role…….. but at appraisal they come up with feedback like anything. Sometimes they tell you…………….u never dreamed.
So live in reality………………and not in dreams.
Warm regards

Hey Rupa,
Well said, what you said is completely practical. I like practical thinking.
To tell you what, if you are not into the warfield, sometimes, your positive attitude makes you think of the things that are impossible and gives you the feeling that you sure can do it (Now, don't say that IMPOSSIBLE itself says I M Possible :)). But, once you get some experience and see and face the real-life situations, your attitude will help you think positively along with practical sense, provided you have HUNGER, THIRST, DRIVE, PASSION for SUCCESS. Anyhow, these are phases of life, so better enjoy it. A wise man will always go with the facts.
Hey Kapil, nothing wrong with your thinking, and I am not trying to discourage you. I too used to think in the same way during my time at MBA. So, never mind.
But, what we share are the tough times and practical experiences with our juniors so that they can find and come out with a better solution to the situation.
Good luck ahead, Kapil, I am sure you have the ability to FIGHT and emerge as a WINNER.
To be successful in life, HATE and HATE and HATE and HATE and HATE losing. Develop enmity towards losing.
Regards,
Kiran.
