I have divided the entire organization into four parts/houses, as we used to do in schools. A house is a mix of all departments. You can plan your activities with a mix of popular sports, one-minute games, Dumb shell arts, and a quiz based on one topic, etc.

Hi Diparna,
You can infuse the fun factor into the everyday workplace by introducing new concepts. I have put up a board where we all share our views, jokes, cartoons, etc. This helps everyone to provide their input and also gives others a break when they read it, bringing a smile to everyone's faces.
Organize at least one event a month - this could be in the office or outside. If finances are a constraint, keep it to small events in the workplace during an extended lunch break or after hours on a Saturday. These events can also involve organizing a particular theme for a specific day. For example, I recently arranged a picnic for the entire office staff and their families with the theme "Jeans and Sneakers".
Have a great time organizing a variety of activities!
