We are in the process of recruiting manpower, preferably fresh graduate engineers and individuals with 2 to 3 years of experience. Due to the high number of candidates attending interviews, we are facing challenges in identifying the right candidate. Therefore, we are seeking a standardized question paper to assess their analytical and psychological skills. We will develop the functional questions ourselves.
If you could provide a model question paper in an objective format, it would be greatly appreciated.

This sort of testing needs to be done by a qualified psychologist specializing in this field.
You will never find the right people if you resort to this sort of nonsense.
If you are having trouble sorting your candidates, then your recruitment and selection process needs revision. Check my previous posts. I have posted many, many times on having a consistent and robust recruitment process and training staff to use it properly.
