Hi, Per diem differ from Organisation to Organisation. Basically it will be based on the Grade entitlement. For Non Metro’s amount would be bit lesser compared to Metro cities.

It depends upon the class of food and number of takes. Breakfast:- ₹100
Lunch:- ₹300
(Rice+Chapati+Dal+Curry+ Salad)
Tea &snaks:- ₹50
Dinner :- ₹300.
You can fix ₹750 for non-metro and ₹ 1000 for Metro per day. You have to fix according to the grades of employees. You apply your brain because we do not know your company policy as well about the financial soundness. It would be better, if you can depute someone to the cities of frequent visit (commonly happen) to make a survey.
