I would like to get some advice on how to write an application letter to my company for a spouse background transfer request involving a 2-year-old child who is suffering because of my long-distance workplace. Please provide me with some examples of how to proceed so that it gets accepted.

b) Where do your wife and child reside? Do they stay with you, or are your residences different due to your duties?
c) Is your wife working? If so, what is the meaning of "background transfer"?
d) Is your workplace located far away? Are you required to commute a long distance every day?

Whether the job is transferable? Where you joined and started working is your hometown, or did you take the job at another location/state while looking for job opportunities? If you have been transferred from your hometown office to another location due to a condition that your job is transferable and you will be posted at any of their branches, have you discussed at that time your inability to take the transfer except if it is back to your home branch or to a branch after your marriage?
