To my opinion the labor acts can be broadly classified in to two categories - Controlling and Social security. The name of the acts mentioned are all controlling act - Working hours, leave, OT, Disputes, Misconducts etc. etc.
So far as social security acts are concerned - PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages etc. etc.
