HR interview question - what is the standard process/structure you follow for recruitment? Can anyone tell me the proper way to answer this in an interview?

May I ask why you are applying for a job you have no experience in? I am sure this company will be looking for someone with HR and recruitment experience. If you cannot tell them what you are doing in your current position in regard to recruitment, they are unlikely to employ you.
Presumably, this company is not properly scanning candidates prior to offering interviews. That's a recipe for disaster. But then again, it may be they have very poor HR practices to begin with.
