Kindly suggest a proper way regarding the surrender of the scheme certificate, which has been issued unfortunately by the employer without my permission. This situation has made it impossible for me to withdraw my EPS amount. I previously attempted to claim for the EPS withdrawal, but it was rejected due to the scheme certificate being issued earlier. I have a service period of 7 years.
Please assist.
