Dear Raghunandan,

I think that your question most probably relates to labor laws. To my knowledge, among the labor laws without any threshold limit on the number of employees as to the criterion of applicability to establishments in general are the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, respective State Shops & Estt Act, State National and Festival Holidays Act, and the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976.
