I am working in a labour contractor office in Maharashtra, our some employee working in Gujarat on one of our client site.
So i want to know which state slab PT will applicable as per Maharashtra or Gujarat.

As per my understanding, you need to follow the Maharastra slap unless you have a registered office in Gurgaon. If you have a registered office in Gujarat, PT will be as per the state of Gujarat.

my registered office is in maharashtra pune and client site is in gujarat. where workers are deployed.

it is obvious that the workers are not travelling daily from gujrat to maharastra, so in gujrat you have maintained a site office where such employee's register is maintained, so you have to get a fresh enrollment and regn in gujrat and maintain their records in that state only, as their master roll and wages register is maintained in gujrat

if our office have no branch in Calcutta but employees working in this location and payroll is centralized at noida, UP. in this case is we liable to pay Professional Tax or not. if we applicable than how can we deposited if we not taken PT certificate. if we going to apply for certificate how can we provide address proof. please sugget.

No, if you don’t have any Registered Office or Branch in Calcutta then you don’t need to pay the Professional Tax
