Dear All,

I was framed in a bogus Sexual Harassment case, and as per the final verdict of the Internal Compliance Committee, I was punished not to participate in any of the official gatherings and meetings for 6 months and transfer from Chennai to Bangalore (currently here). Now, it is 10 months after the transfer, and my boss is asking me orally to resign from my side before 31st Dec 2020 by requesting 3 months of notice by email to avoid any complicated actions against me by the management. Please advise me.

Don’t resign ..for any case ask them the evidences.
