My previous employer refused to transfer my PF account to the present account. I claimed through the online process. It's showing pending by the previous employer. I already contacted HR, and he refused to transfer. I registered a grievance with the P.F. office, but it was of no use. What can I do as the next step?

You may try to link the previous account to the present one through the present employer. If the system accepts it, there is no need for any previous employer's approval for transfer. I am not sure if the system rejects the online transfer with a remark that 'already transfer request initiated' because you have already initiated a transfer through the previous employer.
