Whenever I try to claim money from the EPFO account, I see the below-mentioned message. What does it mean? Please explain.
I worked in that company from 1st March 2019 to 31st May 2019.
"KYC change in Bank Account Number submitted by the employer on 11/04/2019 is pending with EMIPRO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED for approval. You will be able to submit the claim once this KYC is approved/rejected."

Dear Kisan, your bank account KYC is not approved by your employer, request your employer to approve it and after approval it can be claimed. Regards, KM

Once the KYC details are updated/approved by your employer, you can only withdraw the PF amount and not the pension contribution as you have not completed 6 months of contribution. If the amount derived is negligible and not of dire requirement to you, it is advisable not to withdraw but can be used for future contribution till your retirement age.
