Dear sir/madam,

Following member's PF Advance (Form 31) has been rejected.

(I)
UAN: XXXXXXXXX
Member ID: YYYYYYYYYYY
Member Name: ZZZZZZZZZZZ

(II)
UAN: XXXXXXX
Member ID: YYYYYYYYYY
Member Name: ZZZZZZZZZZ

Reason for Rejection:
1) MEMBER IS ADVISED TO SUBMIT CLAIM FOR SETTLEMENT SINCE THE MEMBER HAS ALREADY ATTAINED 58 YEARS
2) CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F NOT ENCLOSED / SIGNED

Please clarify:
1. Do we need to process an exit from EPF for the above-mentioned two members?
2. Will the member submit PF Final Settlement (Form 19)?
3. What is the solution to process the PF Advance claim (Form 31) for this case?
4. Is it possible to obtain PF Advance through Form 31?
5. How can the member enclose, sign, and submit CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F online? Can these certificates be submitted online or directly at the RO, EPFO?
6. Please provide a copy of CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F if available.

Thank you.

Either the member is non-contributory at present, or the member has availed Form 31 (Para 68NN) once earlier. For the balance of forms A-F, please visit the link https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_doc...ons_Form31.pdf.

I am an HR for a Pvt Ltd company. I have applied for PF withdrawal using Form 31 advance, but it got rejected. The reason is not showing in the portal. Additionally, I have also applied for pension using Form 10C, which was rejected as well. Both forms were filled up correctly, yet they were rejected.

Please provide a solution as this is a significant issue.
