I wanna know is it possible to run a new factory with new factory license if there is already an old factory functioning within the same premises under a different factory licence . Can the new employer use previous factories Fire & Water Services detail for its registration .

Any Addition, Alterration or Any Activity of any Description as in the Existing Factory License, Need to be Informed to the Factory Inspectorate and ProperSanction Obtained before commencing any such Activity/Operations. Please organize an Inspection Visit by the Factory Inspectorate Imm in accordance with Procedures.
