As all of you know, employees and employers are contributing to ESIC, but the benefit is out of reach. It's too difficult to get the benefit. That's why we are planning not to contribute any share to ESIC. Instead, we are planning to deal with a health insurance company and contribute to that insurance company, as it really works in adverse situations. Is it possible? Please guide us to the best solution.

Unless you provide better facilities than those covered under ESI, you cannot get an exemption under ESI. It's very tough to provide facilities better than those covered under ESI. Please ensure that employees are covered under additional coverage instead of paying to ESIC.
