One of my friends submitted his online Form 31 application on 6th June 2018, and on the same date, it was sent to the field office. As of today, the Form 31 claim status is showing as "under process." Can anyone suggest whom to approach for the actual status?

Dear Satyaprasad,
You will have to approach the PF office in that region to know more details about the claim. Also, note that the reason your claim status is showing as "under process" is because the claim is actually under process. If it gets rejected, the reason will be mentioned.
