Hi Friends,
I have received permission to conduct a campus drive, but the college management is asking for an email from me so that they can respond to confirm. This is the first time I am facing this situation. Please help me.
Thank you.

Put up a draft. What ever you know, put up. Logically think and write. Dont expect forum members to draft mails for you.

Dear Ashok,
I second the suggestion by Mr. Nathrao to write on your own and get the draft corrected. To prepare the draft, use the following guidelines:
a) Give a heading to your letter as "Job Fair by ________ (name of your company)".
b) In the opening paragraph, provide information about your company, including when it was established and how many recruitments it has made since its inception.
c) In the second paragraph, describe the job fair. Specify the target audience, the duration, the scheduled dates, the registration fees, and the types of companies expected to participate.
d) In the third paragraph, outline the facilities the college is expected to provide and suggest ways to minimize disruption to their regular classes.
e) In the closing paragraph, explain how the college will benefit from your ability to attract companies to their doorstep.
Thanks,
