Dear Peers,
We have some female employees working with us in the night shift.
We are currently following the procedure i.e. providing a 'security guard' for her home-drop, if she is the one to be dropped last, after 6 am.
My questions are:
1. Can we drop her at a nodal point, if the timing is beyond 6 am.
2. If she the last person, even prior to 6 am, can a colleague (of a sister concern) accompany her for home drop.
