I am working in a private organization for a consolidated pay of $20,000 per month without any deductions as my company only pays fixed salaries. Now, I am going to attend an interview in a PSU. Fixed pay without any deductions was a company policy. Just be frank enough to tell the interview panel the truth if they ask. Try to focus more on your skills and job ability rather than on your deductions or lack of deductions. Many small companies just pay a fixed amount. It will not be a negative point for you. PSUs have a clear wage policy and do not depend on what the candidate was earning before.
