As rightly Mr. Prashant said above, they are NEEM agents but they are not consultants. Apart from them, a few others like YTTF, YUVA Foundations, and few others are also NEEM AGENTS.
To get registered under NEEM as a NEEM agent, one must fulfill certain criteria, which at least takes 1 and a half years, provided the basic condition of CAPITAL turnover is fulfilled.

Dear Senior,
As per the Neem regulation, it is introduced to provide technical training. I have a few questions related to Neem:
1. Can a Neem trainee be appointed in the Garment Industry? If yes, in what work/department can he/she work?
2. How much contribution can he/she make?
As per the Neem regulation, Neem trainees should be supervised by a Neem Trainer representative. If in any garment industry, we see Neem trainees without a trainer, will that amount to training or work? Please provide your insight.
Thank you,
Smita
