How to formulate a compensation structure and salary slip for an employee in a Pvt. Ltd. or public organization. Given educational qualification: PG/Specialist, Experience: 7+ years, Age: 30-35 years, management band: Asst. Manager or Manager. If the gross annual income (CTC) is 8.50 - 9.50 lacs, then, as per the 6th or 7th Pay Commission of India, prepare an Excel sheet of compensation structure and salary slip for pay and 3 & 4. Including the following:
Basic pay
HRA
DA
Deductions
Income tax deductions (TDS)
Perks & benefits
Medical allowance
PF
EPF
LTA
Gratuity
Superannuation
Education allowance
Conveyance allowance.

Please explain in detail all the components of the compensation structure, how the components have been calculated, and prepare salary slips as per pay and 3 & 4.
