Does your query go like this: if in any month, whether it is a 30-day month, a 31-day month, or like February with 28 days, in such a scenario, would the salary remain the same or differ? For monthly-paid employees, the salary would be the same even if the month has 30, 31, or 28 days in February.

Dear Redak, Please understand the net salary is depending on deductions from the gross salary thus as and when there are any changes deductions in the salary the net salary will differ.
