Ergonomics is a general study on efficiency. I suggest you list out the personnel working in your organization with their designations. Find out their activities on a day-to-day basis in order to make the resources useful optimally. Then check the areas where you can ascertain their efficiencies. Go for creating their objectives/KRAs/KPIs which can be useful for the development of the employee. When you fix their individual objectives, the company's objectives are also set in a broader sense.
