Can anyone help me with regards to "New Employer Registration"? While uploading the requisite documents, a message of "unexpected error occurred" keeps appearing despite several repeated attempts. Please help me on how to proceed.

Info: An unexpected error occurred while signing. Exception = The selected certificate key usage is Key Encipherment. Please remove the values of "Key Usage" field as "Key Encipherment(20)" from Internet Explorer certificates and try again.
