I am a 4th-year law student. I want to know two things:
1. Why is an MBA with Law called a lucrative career?
2. Will my law background go to waste if tomorrow I work as an HR professional?
I really expect a serious reply. Thank you.

Hi,
MBA HR+LAW = Excellent. Since HR involves a lot of legal compliances, it is the ideal combination for HR professionals. There are a lot of Acts and compliances that HR professionals have to follow, making the LAW degree an added advantage. That's why it's lucrative as well.
Enjoy,

Dear,
In the present scenario, it has a good future. However, you must spend at least 2 years in Labour Law practice to be an all-rounder. As a pure HR professional, the practical side of litigative perception will be missing in your day-to-day decision-making as a manager. You will have to rely on your lawyer's opinion if you are a pure HR person.

Thank you very much for your response. It gives me a good impression that my query has been read. I am aware that there is an optional subject of Industrial Relations in the second year of MBA. Additionally, I am eager to complete my studies in MBA before entering the field. I am more interested in the corporate world than advocacy, especially since my first year.
Please take the time to review my response in line with my query. Thank you once again.
