company must already have a system of percentile for each head, just open the previous month’s register and sheets, this will be clear to you

System to prepare payslip and salary structure both are different.
The system to prepare payslip represents the shortage of adequate facility of software or personnel, but salary structure is company policy. Nobody from outside can make modifications; whatever the company policy has designed for the payroll should be put in the software/system.
You can find "salary structure" in the forum, where many Excel sheets are available, and also the breakup system.
