Hello, i want to clarify that a person joined before two months and suddenly died with illness what type of facilities employee’s family can get from ESI and PF department.

It is presumed that the Employee died while in service, and the reason for death is "Natural Death". He is already covered under ESI and PF as per your information. Under ESI, family members are entitled to Rs 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) towards funeral expenses. Please submit PF Composite Death Claim Form 20, 10D, and 5IF for claiming withdrawal of PF accumulations, EDLI Benefit, and pension for the spouse and children.
Please provide all details about the employee with the help of a literate person before posting a reply. Also, ensure to remit pending ESI and PF contributions.
