Do you know that after inspection ESI authorities detect 'omitted wages'? As long as the gardner is working on a premise falling under ESI implemented area, its deductions have to be made. Whether through contractor or on company's role.

under AMC an eureka forbes service personal comes 3 times a week to check the water purifier, and similarly electrician comes almost 2 days a week to check electric work, for which they submit the bills and get payment. A full team of chartered accountants works to finalize the books of accounts for the establishment, for which they are paid against bills, are they the employee of the establishment?
