I have applied ESI number but i didn't receive ID and Password so thats why i again applied for the same and second time i received User ID and Password and C11.but today i got call from your office and they said i have applied twice so thats why my second application will be rejected but when i asked for 1st application User ID and Password they said mail on IT help i mailed to IT but they reply me to send advance contribution challan copy but the advance contribution challan is not applicable for me because my nature of business is construction and i also select Construction Agency when i filled form.so its my humble request to please guide me to resolve this issue.

Sir, Code Number under ESI Act, 1948 is issued by ESIC after the employer complies with their instructions. If there is any think, incomplete, then you must comply with the same. It will be more better, if you may contact the appropriate office of ESIC, discuss the issue with them and obtain Code Number accordingly. You can ask the said office a copy of instructions containing list of types of employers in respect of which advance contribution is required to be deposited.
