Hi,

Indeed, HR automation is the need of the time, but I am not sure whether SAP can serve the purpose or not. I have worked on the HR module of SAP, and it is cumbersome and not customized as per the Indian industry. It's better to look out for individual solutions (recruitment tools, training tools, etc.) rather than spending crores on SAP technology.

Thanks,
Aditi

The old way of doing things is the Excel sheet way. Nowadays, you also have the option of outsourcing your payroll and HR compliance jobs. HR and payroll software has become an important time-saving resource.
