The subject matter of casual leave, weekly off, and treatment of latecomers to the office has been discussed with the GM. It has now been decided as follows:

- [Number] days of casual leave can be taken by employees in a year.
Also, it has been noticed that some staff members are arriving late to the office. It has been decided that if any employee comes late to the office more than 3 days a month, 1/2 day of casual leave will be deducted from their leave account.
