I am just trying to answer my General Manager's question on what the real challenges are in recruitment in the current scenario. I have listed the following points:

1. Sources of recruitment
2. Availability of the exact skill set we require
3. Recruitment cost
4. Timeliness in recruitment
5. Compensation offered

I would appreciate it if you could add to my answer. Please consider that the biggest challenge in recruitment is attrition, and handling attrition is a separate issue. In the present scenario, what challenges do you face? Please help.
