I am a DGM training with a BPO and wish to enhance my career. I am planning to do a master's in Psychology, but would need advice on whether that would complement my career if I wish to stay in the management role and in the training function. Will this really add value to my profile.

You can also opt for MHROD as it has a full unit of Organisational Psychology, and the course is specially structured for HRs and ODs. However, I am not aware of the scope and would like to ask the experts for more information.
