Dear Mr. Sheikh,
It depends upon the company to company policies, if you’re new company is having policy to check employee verification, then they will ask.
Secondly, don't worry if your previous organization is no more exist then you just need to produce documents like offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter & salary slips when it demands. These documents are more than enough to prove that you had worked with organization otherwise those are Counterfeit.
