I'm working in an organisation where there is no PF and ESI deduction for the employees working below the salary 15 k.
Kindly please help me out that how to resolve this and how much ESI and PF to be deducted from it.

please clear the fact that you are working in a company or in agency,
if your are working in a company then you are hired under contract.
either your company is not Register under the esi or pf act

You have not disclosed as to what is the nature of your organisation? Whether it is a factory, shop or any other establishment. For ESI coverage it is also must that the establishment i.e. factory of shop etc. must be situated in such area where ESI Act, 1948 has been enforced.
Therefore, kindly make all these facts clear so that it may be able to furnish any comments.
So far coverage under ESI Act, 1948 is concerned, you can also contact nearest Branch Office of ESIC and can discussed the issue of coverage and compliance of your organisation under said Act.
