Dear Imok.

After going through all the comments (yours) in response to various advises by fellow members, I feel you may be a very hard working, polite but introvert and honest worker. Apart from this you too have a very big drawback. You feel what you know or what you think/decide is the only right thing in this world, you are not ready to listen to any advise and that's why you have got all this rating. Too much self rightness is a negative trait and force people to dislike the person. a person how ever good he may be but when act as deaf and dumb and ignore the aspirations of seniors invite this type of ratings in appraisal.

Although I don't have any information about you or your Boss but as you have not said anything against the Boss, I feel this can be the major reason and I request you to try to be more practical and take some time to think about yourself and see if I am correct and if you find I am right. Start listening to others while doing something in future. Leaving Job is no solution how many times you can shift jobs. Find the problem and value other peoples views and soon you will find there is no problem.

Wish You All The Best

Dear Satish,

What advise you want on Jobs abroad and in which part of world. Any way I am giving you some broad guidelines to accept the Job.

1. Do not accept / consider any job abroad unless you are an unemployed or the salary offered is at least 6 to 8 times of what you are getting here. 6 times is OK if job comes with free accommodation as finding a place to live abroad is very expansive.

2. If you are married you have to see if the Visa offered is family or just single. If you go on single Visa it will become quite difficult for you or your family to stay alone for indefinite period.

3. If you wish to work abroad just ask yourself if you and your body can handle the work load at least double of what you are doing here.

4. Just check with yourself if you can cook your food yourself and survive; Its not that you don't get good food abroad but it will not let you save anything.

5. Try to avoid middle east as neither there is good pay nor any future of migration. Moreover once you return from Middle east your experience will not be worth much.

6. Just take account of your family responsibilities like old parents and unwed sisters etc as it wont be easy to come back at short intervals to attend the responsibilities.

7. If you are getting an offer from some employer In US / Europe/Canada/Australia then it's worth giving a serious thought. In other places you will earn some money but at the cost of your career and future risks.

I am sure if you ask yourself all the aforesaid 6 questions you will be able to decide if you are fit for a foreign Job or not.

Wish you best of Journey and a nice foreign Job.
