"Gumasta Licence" means Shop & Establishment Licence. The Delhi Shops & Establishment Act of 1954 is applicable to you in Delhi, and under this Act, it is compulsory for you to obtain a Licence/registration.

Thank you for the reply. I have applied for the shop and establishment certificate online. I have received the registration number but haven't received the certificate yet. Do I have to apply somewhere else? Is the non-food license also obtained in the same way?
