I want to inform all departments in our company about the internal requirements procedure. Is it appropriate to communicate the procedure via email, or should I distribute copies of the procedure on the company's letterhead with the signature and stamp of the HR Head as a circular?

Hi Anjali.. Y dont u try both?? First send all departments a mail and then take a signature hard copy.. be on safer side.. Regards,
