Hi Team,

I have been assigned to prepare a work instruction for the HR department. Does anyone have any format for the same? If so, please share it. We have different policies starting from recruitment, training, appraisal, salary and compensation, leave management, separation, etc., and in each policy, the procedures are also clearly mentioned. My doubt is, apart from these documents, do we require a separate work instruction manual? Do ISO standards specify anything of such kind? I request Citehr family members to kindly advise on the above topic.
