Hi respected all!!!

This is Puspa here to introduce myself as a member of this valued forum. I'm new to this HR field, and I need to know your views on some specific topics, but it's really sad that I'm not getting any response from the other side.

If anybody knows the means of getting an early response, please let me know.

Hi Pushpa,

As per the Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, every employee is eligible for 1 EL for every 20 days he/she worked. Apart from that, all employees will benefit from 10 CL per annum. Moreover, even organizations have their own leave policies, which vary from company to company.

Below are the types of leaves in the organization:
- EL: Earned Leave/Privilege Leave
- CL: Casual Leave
- SL: Sick Leave
- ML: Maternity Leave
- Special Leaves

Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification.
