I posted my query dated 13/10/12 for computerized muster roll, but no one suggested.
Dear sir,
I would like to know, can we maintain a fully computerized Form No. 28 (Muster Roll) or not? We maintain a fully computerized Form No. 28 and every year on a visit by the labor commissioner, check the Form No. 28, Payroll, Bonus Register, EL Register, and sign on it. He never says to (or informs) us that a computerized Form No. 28 is not allowed.
In one accident case, The Manager of ESIC required a periodic muster roll copy, and we submitted our computerized Form No. 28 (Muster roll) copy, but he rejected it and informed us that a computerized Form No. 28 (Muster roll) is not allowed. You should maintain a manual Form No. 28 (Muster roll).
Please solve this query urgently.....

Dear Chetan,
Have you received any exemption or applied for exemption from maintaining the manual Form No. 28? If so, you can provide the same to the ESIC Officials. If not, please take care of the issue and handle the matter promptly.
Thank you.

Dear Chetan, Mr.Bhaskar suggestion is correct. Better u make the muster roll in manual style. Bcz many govt.officials is agreed only the manual type. Regards, Prabahar.M

Instead of posting a question/query and waiting until you get the answers or starting another post with "No one suggests me after 14 days ????", you must use the search bar that is specially designed for this purpose. You can also go to the sidebar for related material.
I don't understand why people never think of using the search and always come with this kind of step to start a new thread by criticizing or showing frustration with "No one suggests me after 14 days ????" I don't think there is anyone who doesn't know how to use the search option; people are educated and can understand these things. But instead of doing so, they come and show frustration or ask questions about why they are not getting responses to their queries/questions. This is really depressing, actually.

Dear Mr. A.K. Arora,
The reasons for your despair and depressed feelings are understandable. However, it is a fact that many people ask for information without knowing how to obtain it. May I request you to go through the attachment? Since October 18, 2012, I have posted the "HOW TO GET INFO" guide multiple times. The number of downloads indicates that many people are unaware of how to access the information. I kindly request Cite HR Administration to include more screen shots under the "How to FAQ."
