Mr. Simhan,
Thank you very much for your valuable advice. I have already chosen objectives for the project. They are:
1. To understand the employees' perception regarding training methods.
2. To identify how training assists employees in acquiring skills, knowledge, and attitude, and enhancing the same.
3. To study whether training helps to motivate employees and assists in avoiding mistakes.
4. To assess the effectiveness of the training programs and their impact on employees' performance.
Currently, I am collecting data on the functions of the organization (hospital) and the training programs they provide to their employees. This data will help me prepare the questionnaire.
Thank you.

Hi, I have copied my previous message here.
Where are you studying, for what, and in what mode?
Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum. Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question. Please look at https://www.citehr.com/324807-project-report.html to see how people who make an attempt are helped.
Also see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at [link outdated-removed] [link updated to site home] and my post at [link no longer exists - removed]
I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see [link outdated-removed] [link updated to site home] where an MBA project is attached as an example.
A Post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology. Please also see the post by naveeis4u at https://www.citehr.com/179861-employ...ion-level.html to see the type of background information that will be of help in designing questionnaires.
Please access https://www.citehr.com/301192-my-mba-project.html and follow what Mary Christy did. Also view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.
