Hi Prasanth,
I have done it for one industry: ITES. Therein, as per COPC, we need to map transaction patterns for the last 1-2 years, cycle time, projection for the next quarter, etc. Even shifts have to match transaction arrival patterns, though in an inflexible labor regime, there are bound to be some inefficiencies. I haven't got templates, etc., but yes, if you wish to get inputs, feel free to write.
