Happy to see your reply. I have 3 years of work experience in a manpower consultancy. I specialize in IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Hospitality, and other sectors. I also have contacts with HR professionals, so it is not an issue for me to source candidates or acquire clients. I have a large resume database of candidates of my own, so I can manage without using platforms like Naukri or Monster for a few months. Additionally, I have the necessary manpower to run a startup consultancy.
Therefore, I am confident in successfully running a consultancy. I just need guidance on procedures, legal formalities to establish a consultancy, and agreements between clients and candidates. I also require a sample budget plan to kickstart the consultancy.
